The St. John’s Cathedral. The Old Town was completely destroyed during The II World War and reconstructed thanks to the commitment of the whole Polish nation.

4th day Krakow – the heart of Poland, Kazimierz – Jewish district and Wieliczka – The Salt Mine

9.00 Krakow's guided tour. Wawel Hill with the castle (optional entrance) and its beautiful yard and The Cathedral (entrance). Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture of The Old Town (Stare Miasto), the biggest Market Square in Europe (Rynek Glowny), The Town Hall, Collegium Maius – the ancient building of The Jagiellonian University, The Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), Saint Mary’s Church (Kosciol Mariacki – entrance) with the famous Wit Stwosz's altar. Walking to the antique walls of The Old Town with Florianska Gate and The Barbican. The Czartoryski Museum with The Lady with The Ermine (entrance). 15.00 Visiting the former Jewish district – Kazimierz. This part of Krakow was a centre of religious and social life of the Jewish community in Krakow until the deportations during the Nazi occupation (if there is time left, visiting one or two the most important synagogues). Short stop in front of The Schindler's Factory on the way to The Salt Mine in Wieliczka.
17.00 Transfer to Wieliczka (10 km from Krakow).
17.30 Guided tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine – one of the oldest salt mines in the world. This Salt Mine is famous for its long tourist tradition. There are many important people who visited the place: Mikolaj Kopernik, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Dmitrij Mendeleev, Boleslaw Prus, Ignacy Paderewski, Karol Wojtyla, etc. In the year 1978 Wieliczka Salt Mine was inscribed on The World Heritage List of The UNESCO. Return to Krakow.
20.00 Dinner at the traditional Polish restaurant in Wieliczka – the concert of the folklore music. Return to the hotel and stay in Krakow.
5th day Krakow – Wadowice – Oswiecim-Brzezinka (Auschwitz-Birkenau) – Prague

8.30 Visiting Pope's home where Karol Wojtyla was born on the18th of May of 1920 and the church where he was baptized on the 20th of June of 1920.
10.00 Departure for Auschwitz-Birkenau.
11.00 Guided tour of the area of ex-concentration camp in Auschwitz-Birkenau. This camp was built by Nazis during the Nazi occupation of Poland and more than million people of different nations, mostly Jews, was murdered there. Today this place is a part of The World Heritage of The UNESCO.
14.00 Lunch at the restaurant in Oswiecim.
15.00 Departure for Prague.

6th day Visiting Prague divided into 2 parts

9.00 The first part of the tour around Prague: religious Prague: The Church of The House of Nazareth – Prague's Loreto, visiting the castle (no entrance) and St. Vitus' Cathedral (entrance) with the funeral chapel of St. Venceslao, the patron of Czech Republic. The cathedral is also a place of eternal rest of St. John Nepomucen. Visiting The St. George's Basilica, The Golden Lane (entrance), Starahovski's Convent, The Church of Our Lady of Victory with famous statue of The Infant Jesus of Prague.

13.00 Melk – Krems: romantic boat cruise on The Danube. Lunch on the boat available but not included in The Ernesto Travel services.
15.30 Departure for Mariazell.
17.00 Visiting Mariazell: the sovereign Magnus brought here the statute of The Virgine Mary and founded The Sanctuary Mariazell. In 1377 Louis I, the king of Hungary, who won the battle against Turkey, attributed the success to The Virgin Mary. Mariazell is also famous for the cakes and herbal liqueur.

14.00 On the way to The Catacombs short stop in front of The Basilica of Saint Paul.
16.00 Transfer and visiting The Catacombs of Saint Callixtus. The Catacombs of St. Callixtus are among the greatest and most important catacombes in Rome. They are dated to the middle of the second century and are part of the cemetery complex – the large area of nearly 90 acres of land, half of which occupied by catacombs. The galleries, sometimes in four levels, are 12 miles long. In this place were buried dozens of martyrs, 16 popes and many Christians.

14th day Rome – San Giovanni Rotondo – Rome

7.30 Visiting San Giovanni Rotondo where Padre Pio lived. San Giovanni Rotondo is the most famous pilgrimage centre in Italy. Visiting The Church and tomb of Saint Padre Pio's with the crucifix, before which he was praying and in 1918 got spiritual gift such as the stigmata. Free time for lunch (lunch is not included).
20.00 Return to Rome and dinner at the hotel.
15th day Rome – Assisi – Rome
