  • Day 1 1 Day Arrival in Budapest

    x Arrival in Budapest at x, flight number y. Meeting with the tour leader from Ernesto Travel and transfer by coach to the hotel in Budapest. Arrival and check-in at the hotel.
    20:00 Dinner at the hotel or at a restaurant in the city centre. Overnight stay in Budapest.
  • Day 2 2 Day Budapest

    7:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
    8:00 Visiting Budapest – magnifique neo-gothic Parliament (the largest building in Hungary. It is near The Danube River and it was built between 1884 and 1902. There are 691 rooms in the building, it is 268 m long and its cupola is 96 metres high). Crossing Danube on St. Margareth Bridge walking to Buda, to the castle and the most famous monuments of Budapest. Visiting The Fisherman's Bastion with the splendid view of Budapest and The Church of St. Matthew – the centre of Buda, place of incoronation of Hungarian Kings and Queens. The Citadel. Crossing The Elisabeth Bridge we go back to the centre.
    13:30 Lunch in the city centre.
    15:00 Continuation of visiting; Pest: Heroes Square, Municipal Parque, Andrássy Avenue, Millenium Monument of 36 metres high, where Archangel Gabriel holds The Saint Crown and The Patriarchal Cross. Walking to The Main Market Square, passing The Opera and St. Stephan's Basilica. On The Main Market Square, built in 1890 by Samu Pecz, shopping in the most famous shopping place in Budapest.
    20:00 Dinner on the boat (May to October) or at the restaurant in the city centre (November to April).
    22:00 Stay in Budapest.
  • Day 3 3 Day Budapest – Szentendre – Esztergom – Budapest

    9:00 Just 20 km from Budapest there is a pictoresque small town Szentendre that still  preserves its ancient character dated to XVIII-XIX centuries. Many painters,  sculptors and other artists live in this city because of its ambience, beautiful location by The Danube River and its architecture and monuments.
    13:00 Dinner at the restaurant in Szentendre and departure for Esztergom.
    15:00 Walking along The Danube River. Esztergom - the first seat of The Catholic Church in Hungary (entrance to the basilica). Return to Budapest via Vyšehrad – antique  seat of Hungarian Kings.
    20:00 Dinner at the restaurant with Gipsy music and folk programme. The last night in Budapest.
  • Day 4 4 Day Budapest – Eger – Miscolc – Tapolca – Budapest

    8:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
    9:00 Visiting Eger – the place where East meets West, beautiful streets full of monuments  where you can enjoy the smell of coffee and wine. Visiting includes mentioned places: The Hungarian Basilica, baroque building, The Minority Church of Eger, Minaret, the castle of Eger.Visiting The Valley of The Beautiful Women famous for  its wine production. Wine tasting.
    13:30 Lunch.
    15:00 Transfer to Miskolc-Tapolc and the thermal bath in the cavern.
    20:00 Return to the hotel in Budapest. The last night in Hungary.
  • Day 5 5 Day Departure from Budapest and from Hungary
